This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within the applicable refund period.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the service has already been activated, provisioned, or if any setup process has been completed.
- Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other third-party licensed products are non-refundable once processed.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid charges, ensure cancellation at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
2. Refund Policy
- 7-Day Refund Policy: Hosting packages priced at ₹199 or more per month qualify for a refund if canceled within 7 days of purchase.
- 3-Day Refund Policy: Hosting packages priced below ₹199 per month qualify for a refund if canceled within 3 days of purchase.
- Refunds apply only to hosting services. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party services are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@tohost.in.
- Refunds are subject to review, and additional questions may be asked to understand the reason for cancellation.
- ToHost Cloud Services reserves the right to cancel or reject any refund request without prior notice if deemed necessary.
- Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Any service purchased using a promotional discount is eligible for refunds only up to the actual amount paid.
- In case of payment disputes, refunds will not be issued until the matter is resolved.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
3. Service Issues & Complaints
- If you believe the service provided is not as described or does not meet expectations, please contact our support team within the applicable refund period.
- Refunds will not be processed for services suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
